This my adaptation of a piece by Larry Jordan. The film was originally made in 1978 and was sepia colored. While Jordan looked at San Francisco through mirrors, glass, and reflections, I wanted to adapt his video to my own taste. Where he sees close ups and focusing on the imaginary world of reflections, I wanted to show UNR in a far away view. I constantly think about how people are constantly walking to their class but never really take the time to look around them. Most either are talking to friends, colleagues, or are just plugged into their iPods and/or phones. Most people didn't even notice that they had a camera on them besides a few rare individuals. They're in the huge area that's truly beautiful but most people just focus on getting to their classes and don't even take the time to look at what's around them.

This is the original video by Larry Jordan (1978) called Visions of a City. The city was San Francisco and focused on seeing people in mirrors, glass, and other reflective materials.
